Buttercrane has launched Click & Collect lockers this week as part of Customer Service week (1-5 October) – the latest in a series of initiatives for more convenient customer shopping experience.
The on mall event, hosted by Radio personality Kevin McAllister, invited customers to unveil a code to open one of the 14 new Click & Collect lockers to win surprises.
Registered customers will be able to use the Buttercrane Help Desk as their delivery address for online deliverires. When their delivery arrives it will be stored in one of the secure lockers located adjacent to H Sammuel. The customer receives an email with a unique 4 digit code to unlock their purchase anytime during the centre’s opening hours.
The new lockers are secure and are available for online deliveries from early to late, making sure you never miss a fashion delivery!
