Autoline Establishes Independent Financial Planning Division?

The Autoline Group has established an independent financial planning division to complete the full range of financial services it offers to clients across Northern Ireland.?

Based in the Mortgage and Finance centre on the Mall, Newry, the new division will be known as Executive Financial Planning.? It is headed up by Kevin Curran, who has an impressive 20 year history in financial services.?

The new five-person team will offer an integrated approach to financial planning, incorporating tax planning, to provide a complete Wealth Management Service.??

Kevin, who began his career as an investment analyst with a London stockbroker, worked most recently for a national accountancy firm.? His new role is to provide financial planning for personal and corporate clients, primarily introduced by accountancy firms and legal practices.??

Gary Neill, who can also draw on 20 years’ experience in financial services, joins Kevin in providing advice on all aspects of financial planning, with emphasis on specialist pensions advice to corporate and high net worth clients.????

Kevin and Gary are supported in their roles by Caroline Caherty and Karl Murphy.? Caroline has over 15 years’ experience in financial services while Karl has moved internally from Autoline’s Mortgage division. New recruit Siobhan O’Connor has over 10 years of experience working with local banks and financial institutions and will provide administration support.??

Autoline Managing Director Michael Blaney comments: “With the growth of local wealth, through property values and business assets, there’s certainly a demand for specialist financial planning and pension advice in this area.? Previously this would have only been available in Belfast or Dublin.”??

Executive Financial Planning offers an independent fee based service, an approach Kevin believes is in line with client demands and the long term strategy of the Financial Services Authority. “It offers greater transparency for the client and enhances confidence in our planning recommendations.’’?
